She's the Man

1. Viola wants to work for Olivia and Olivia won't let anyone that's a stranger work for her so Viola disguises herself as man and says that her name is Cesario and goes to work for Oliva.
2. Viola soon becomes very good friends with Orsino who is in love with Olivia but Olivia isn't in love with him. Viola soon starts to fall in love Orsino who thinks she is a man.
3. Soon Olivia falls in love with Cesario but Cesario is really Viola disguised as a man.
4. Viola has a twin brother named Sebastian who has been drowned in a wreck.
5. During the duel, Sebastian shows up looking and Olivia thinks that he is Cesario and Sir Andrew and Sir Toby start fighting against him because they think that he is Cesario.
6. Orsino realizes that he loves Viola after she reveals herself for being a woman.
7. Olivia and Sebastian fall in love with each other after they find out who is who.
8. In the middle of the play all the people love the wrong people because They think that Viola is a man.
9. Sebastian doesn't know that Viola is at Olivia's place and he thinks that she is dead.
10. At the end of the play they Viola has to reveal herself for being a woman because everyone is confused who she is because they think she is Cesario who is man.

Project Checkpoint

For this project I am doing a power point but I have not started it yet. I will be getting the information this weekend I will start to make the power point. Some problems that might occur are not being able to get my power point on my blog also I need to find enough information for the right amount of slides of the power point.

For this project I need to make sure I get everything finished in time because I don't want to have my power point not go on my blog or something like that. I think that I need to find a lot information and more than just what are on the slides of the power point so I'm not just reading off the slides. Overall, I think I just need to get started and work on putting everything together.

Romeo and Juliet Final Scene

My opinion of the final scene was sad and weird. Romeo, Juliet, and Paris all died and that was all very sad. I didn't like how after Juliet saw that Romeo was dead she just decided that she was going to kill herself by stabbing herself with his sword. I get that they were both madly in love with each other but killing yourself and not even waiting until the Friar got back so she could talk it over with him. I think it would have been better if Romeo and Juliet had just told their parents that they got married and they love each other and they could all get past it and they wouldn't have died. Also, when everyone showed up to see all of them dead it made it very dramatic and sad but it didn't really need to be there.

My favorite part of the ending scene was when Capulet said to Montague that they should just make up and stop fighting because our children are because we don't like each other. And then when Montague agreed it made the ending somewhat happy. This book has influenced cultures through out time by it's tragic story. You'll hear people say that so and so are the next Romeo and Juliet or something like that. But also the love, Romeo and Juliet loved each other so much that they would die for each other and even though I think that they shouldn't have died it shows how much they care about each other. Also, it shows that they will risk going aganist their parents' beck just to be together.

First the pictures are all from the two movies that have been made but also the song by Taylor Swift, Love Story is also related to Romeo and Juliet. The lyrics are all about two lovers and their story is like Romeo and Juliet's except there's a happy ending. To find this video all I did was search Romeo and Juliet love videos. I also wanted the song Love Story to be in the video because I like the song and it has a lot to do with Romeo and Juliet.

This photo relates to Romeo and Juliet to me because it is where they first meet at the masked ball. It's a very important scene in the play because it's where Romeo and Juliet's love begins. If Romeo had never gone to the ball he would have never met Juliet and he could still be stuck on Rosaline.

Romeo and Juliet: Act 2

Something that happened in act two, was when Romeo and Juliet were talking to each other for almost the whole night. In the beginning Juliet told Romeo that if he really does love he will tell her but if he is just going to leave her then she does not want to be with him. She also said that she doesn't want to come off as easy to get and if she does then she will try to play hard to get. Of course Romeo said that he loved her and he would never leave her because he wants to be with her forever. Then, they decide that they should get married at once and finally Romeo leaves to go see the Friar about their marriage. I think that this will change both Romeo and Juliet's lives because if they do decide to get married that could really cause a problem in their family.

I think that they should wait for marriage and at least talk to their parents because their parents do have a right to know that their children are getting married. I think if Romeo and Juliet do get married it will either make their family see that they don't need to fight anymore or just make them fight more and it could end badly. I think that if they really and truly love each other then Romeo and Juliet should be together no matter what their parents say.
